- Returned with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
For hygiene reasons, we may decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as “Final Sale”)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., intimates) where applicable and marked on the product page
How to Start a Return
- Email us at sperdutitomeyq491@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)
- Our support team will reply with return instructions and the return address (if eligible).
- Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Fees
- Customer remorse (size didn’t fit / changed mind): Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution after we review your photos.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of:
- The item and the issue
- The shipping label on the package
- The outer packaging (if damaged)
After verification, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund—depending on availability and the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise required by law).
- Processing time: typically 3–10 business days after approval (bank timing may vary).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Partial Refunds / Deductions
If returned items show signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or incomplete packaging, we may:

Exchanges
If you would like an exchange (e.g., size change), email us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.
Order Cancellations

- We can cancel orders that have not entered processing or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the return process.
